Q: Is the LX series pet immune?

Answer: The LX series has a pet alley feature.

Q: Can I mask zones on the LX-802N?

Answer: No, you can not mask off the zones.  Only the LX-402 is maskable.

Q: How do I set the unit to function at all times?

Answer:  Turn the day/night setting all the way clockwise.

Q: Are there mounting brackets available for the LX series?

Answer:  Yes there are brackets available.  The CA-1W is the wall mount and the CA-2C is the ceiling mount.

Q: What is the warranty on the LX series?

1 year.

Q: I am walk testing the unit with the cover off so that I can see the light but it will not detect any further than a few feet. What's wrong?

When walk testing any PIR, the covers must be on in order for the detector to see.

Q: How do you set the unit for pet alley?

Q: How many sensors can I have on one alarm output loop?

You can have as many as you like but you will not be able to determine which detecter went into alarm.

Q: Will the brackets fit on a single gang box?

Answer: Yes

Q: How do I set the detector to work all day 24hrs?

Turn the potentiometer all the way to the right. Make sure you feel a little bump or notch.  This will make the detector work 24hours
